Once orders are submitted on-line to DiSC Profiles 4 You they cannot be changed or cancelled. As soon as your payment has been submitted and approved through PayPal your order goes to a separate location for order processing and delivery of Inscape products directly to you. We do not make refunds or exchanges for any reason.

Since payments are processed securely through PayPal, we never see your credit card information and cannot make changes or adjustments.

Be very careful that your order and all information provided during the secure on-line payment process is complete and accurate before submitting the order/payment!

Be certain that you understand and agree to these terms before placing your order. Submitting your order implies your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All shipments are via FedEx Ground. For most items we add a fixed shipping charge based on the total order amount up to a maximum of $20. For some items (i.e., on-line EPIC Credits) there is no shipping charge.

A $10 per order handling charge is added to all orders, in addition to shipping charges and applicable state taxes.

We collect and pay sales tax for shipments to the following US states:
AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MI, MN, NY, NC, OH, PA, TN, TX, VA
Because local sales tax rates vary, the amount we charge to cover the taxes is based on state-wide averages and may vary slightly from your actual local rate.
